i was told that i owe money to bankmed, upon investigation i was told that it was their internal error and it will be rectified. however bankmed debited my account without authority and do not want to excercise urgency with refunding me. i have spoken to naana samela, onela and charmaine molele. the employees are dishonest, makes false promises..i need my funds into my account today as my policies will have insufficient funds..
