unhappy with bankmed services
Firstly I was not informed that I had R0 for out of next work doctors. Secondly when I phoned the doctors rooms I was told they are covered by bankmed. I am shocked that you have not covered this simple doctors appointment. I cannot find a doctors list where I can see which doctors are covered on your website because your website is not user friendly. The last time you would not cover blood tests and you never cover any medication. I am dissatisfied with bankmed and I will be taking you to the medical aid board as well as to the obusman. I really would like to cancel the medical aid however I can’t because we have to use your services.
