To whom it may concern

I am writing this email to inform you of the out of network rates, who is authorizing a certain amount that a DR is charging to be at capped at a certain amount Bankmed should pay.

The DR charges for his/her services and we don’t always know which DR is contracted to Bankmed especially when you are hospitalized. I am getting so many claims from DR’s that haven’t been fully paid, which is unfair as this should have been covered by the scheme.

Now I am receiving threats from their credit departments to list me on ITC. Medical Aid is expensive us as members shouldn’t have to go through this battle, I don’t ever use any DR that is not contracted to Bankmed besides these unknown DR’s. I mean who is going to be in a position to first enquire if the DR is contracted to Bankmed whilst in pain or just out of a massive life-threatening surgery or critical condition?

Please can we have a look into my matter urgently.
