Unhappy and in pain

I have never had any issues with bankmed and was always pro bankmed. However today I must say I am disappointed by the scheme. 2 years ago they covered a procedure with no issues and today I was told it's covered by my savings but hospital and anaestetest must be paid out of my own pocket. Where am I going to get that money from. Why am I paying a medical aid if I still have to pay out of pocket. I am in so much pain, but oh no we cannot help you as it is not covered by the scheme. What am I supposed to do? Should I just continue with the pain or die from it....
