Unfairness from Medical Aid

I really need to plead with you to please consider upgrading my plan as I really made a serious mistake by downgrading to the very basic plan, Due to the financial constraints I felt being a single parent I had some hard choices to make, like am I paying School fees or try and keep up with rising medical aid payments or buy food for my child. So I then thought by downgrading I might save a bit of money but I never intended to downgrade to the very basic plan as I was on the Traditional Plan before.

This was really done in error as I just wanted to downscale one option I think I just had the name of the plan incorrectly and that is where the mistake came in and it is only now when the Drs rooms called to say they were not paid that I then thought to contact you with regards to this and once the very friendly Call Centre agent took the time to explain to me the difference between the plans I realized my mistake, in my defense I do think that sometimes if this is not one’s area of expertise one can get easily overwhelmed, but that said I realize that it remains my responsibility and I do accept that.

All I can do is really and truly plead with you to please look at my case and consider it favorably I would really appreciate your assistance so much in this regard. If this means that I have to rather go back to the Traditional Plan I would rather opt for that please.
