Unfair response

I am not happy with Bankmed's response to my request for physio to be part of the hospitalization treatment and not taken from my day to day benefits. The surgeon wrote a motivation that my hand will be in a cast for 6 weeks which they now declined as their system is created that way. These payments now have to come from my day to day benefits just because there are funds available. My question - how do Bankmed expect me to have physio while my hand is in a cast?
