Underpaid specialist and radiologist

I had to go for a scan on Friday and received a R2000+- bill from the radiology practice for scans that were taken while I was in hospital. I see the comment says I reach the limit for the year. I am unaware of this yearly limit when you in hospital. When my husband phoned bankmed on the 24th of June he was told that everything would be covered while in hospital. You can look up the call recording. I also see that my specialist was underpaid and your comments were that you paid according to the daily scheme rate, that doesn't make sense because I was in hospital and they have certain fees that should have been paid. I want these costs to be paid correctly. I went through absolute hell and now I am been thrown with different hospital bills that you as a medical aid should have sorted out.
