Uncalled medical bill.

i was hospitalized at Lenmend while i was in hospital a Dr came in saying I'll be your Dr while you are admitted which I believe hospitalization is 100%. while i was at i received an sms saying i owe that Dr then I asked myself whose responsibility is it to make sure that the Dr is 100% covered. Now I'm receiving calls, sms's, email of my outstanding bill. I pay medical aid for unforeseen circumstances then I get this service from my medical aid.
