Turn around time 48 days not 48 hours
A service offered. Do all necessary paperwork work. I don't need to know which department or processes need to happen. All I wanted was for a claim to be paid out. Every phone call has a turn around time of 48hours. Phone every 48 hours no one could solve problem . its now 48 days.
