Totally unacceptable

Why is Bankmed cheating their customers. Everytime I visit a specialist who insists on me paying cash because they don't want the hassle of claiming, Bankmed always pays me back short even though I have plenty in my savings. Between the doctors and medical aid, all are out to just cheat patients who are already desperate for help. And when did this change, I used to always get the full amount back, scheme rate or not, as long as I had enough in my savings.
