Totally pathetic service

Medical aid has just become a business.I have no idea why they ask for motivations when it counts for nothing. Totally heartless in my opinion that money always comes first And everything has a co-payment. Their service is pathetic. I called 3 times and got cut off all 3 times before resolving my issue. They not transparent at all. They hide behind their medical clauses that we do not even understand.
