Totally disappointed

Phoned Bankmed trying to find a Bankmed Approved proctologist/ Colla****** Surgeon, and was not assisted, they could not find one. I would think that forcing us to use their approved network of doctors to avoid paying ridiculous rates for specialists, they would at least have one specialist per field of expertise. We are forced to pay this access out of our savings which most of the time does not cover the full procedure. what is the purpose of having medical aid when you have to keep paying out of your pocket.
