the worse medical aid ever

The issues I have with Bankmed are endless , I joined the medical aid 2017 and I was on budget and I letter moved to core saver, tell me why I am I always owing doctors , my daughter is asthmatic , my medical aid refuses to pay her Pediatrician in full, which pediatrician is 800?, secondly the medical aid refuses to fully cover her chronic medication , the total cost of the monthly prescription is 1200, but the scheme pays 348, its really baffles me , not to mention that I can cant get my glasses as the scheme doesn't cover theme and to avoid having my Savings run as they are paying for my daughters prescription. The icing on the horrible cake bankmed has served me is , on the 30th of April I passed out at home and I was having chest pains , I was rushed to the hospital as this was around 7 am , got the and I was assisted , tell me why is bankmed refusing to pay saying I was an outpatient , so according to them my family should have waited till 11 and taken to the GP as " my matter was not an emergency and people go to the hospital for minor issues" like really I am over this medical aid , last lite I was ****** and rushed to the ER cause I needed stitches in my head even then they did not want to pay the ER as I was not admitted , what annoys me is that I cant even change it, its really the worse medical aid ever
