The type of service one would expect when calling into a call centre

I'd like to commend Yusuf on his superb customer service. Yesterday was the second time in the span of one week that I ended up with him and on both occasions had to put me through to a different department (first vitality then optometry). Both times he did it with a smile and still made the effort to take the time to contact me later the day to confirm whether my query had been resolved or not. Nothing is ever too much trouble or too much to ask when you Yusuf on the line! Please extend my sincerest gratitude to Yusuf and his team leader for a job well done. This is the type of service one would expect from a client services consultant!
