the best service by far

<p>mogamat Hendricks gave me the best service by far, i innitially called him to query about 1 transaction but then he took the initiative to check other transactions which he suspected that the claims where processed incorrect, because of his best work, he found out that some money was suppose to be debited from hospitaal plan but the doctors claimed from savings and he corrected that even called the doctors himself for amendments. because of him and his initiative i got my money back which i did not even knew that i lost. this means alot to me, he went beyond customer service to customer experience. i am very glad that we still have consultants like him who wake up and know what they going to do at work. thanks mogamat...joseph mabasa</p>
