Terrible service

Hi. I am extremely disappointed with the service from the Discovery consultant at Ethekwini Hospital. I felt she lacked people skills and more. I requested a call from her manager Sheriza Singh which she (the consultant) advised he wont talk to me. This is not the type of service i expect from a big corporate customer such as discovery, especially on the health side as you are dealing with sick people and need to have more empathy.
