Terrible Medical Aid

I have been a member since 2015 and have I never experienced just poor service at a time of need. I am paying medical aid every month hoping if I'm in need of assistance of a specialist I would get it instead I have to clim mountains to be assisted. I am under the basic plan and I'm in need of a gyne then I am informed that the doctors under my plan are outside pe. So there's no way I would travel 2hours to get assistance and bare in mind i am pregnant. Let alone that a consultant tried her best for me to get assisted but instead was informed by her managers they can't help I have to find a gynecologist myself get them to make a motivational letter for them to pay. But Bankmed doesn't get any motivation to debt my salary. I am stressed, angry and annoyed. If I had other means I'd leave this medical aid cause I find it very useless and pathetic.
