SYSTEMS PROBLEMS - CLAIMS NOT BEING REPROCESSED

<p>My mother is 80 years old and is in a frail care facility - she had cancer of the spine and has been approved to receive 36 treatments from PMB - all the Physio claims N Duff were incorrectly paid from her savings, and now rejecting all other claims because her savings depleted.</p> <p>I have been querying this since the 4th April 2016 - NOW 2 MONTHS LATER AND NOTHING DONE!!!!!!!!</p> <p>Everytime I phone I get told "cost adjustment done - claim has to be manually processed or individually, but nothing happens, the consultant whom I am dealing with is Chelsea - who did leave me a message on Monday 6th advising that they are STILL WORKING ON THE PROBLEM.....I did call now and didnt realise Chelsea had left a message. </p> <p>I am filling out the application form and sending through to the Council for Medical Schemes as this cannot go on these practices are now threatening us for payment which should not have been rejected in the first place.</p>
