SYSTEM ISSUES - AND NO STAFF TO SORT OUT - PAYBACKS & DISCOUNTS BEING FORFEITED

After 3 months of failing to live up to obligations as marketed and per policy... STAFF DINT EVEN UNDERSTAND THE PRODUCTS AND NOW THEY ADMIT TO THE COMPLEXITY... this is the reply... and STILL WAITING FOR REIMBUR*****TS... DON'T GET LOCKED IN!!

I would ask you please to bear in mind not only the benefits of integrated products, but also their complexity. When an issue arises, this too is integrated as is the resolution, which is frequently system-based. For this reason, resolution is often not instantaneous and your patience in this regard is appreciated.

I hope that all your matters have been adequately addressed and that you are comfortable with the resolution provided. (STILL WAITING!!!!)
