Submitted Claim on 10 Feb still not processed

I submitted a claim via email on 10/2/2015 for R11500 and to date the claim has not been processed , when I followed up last week I was told Claims have up to 2 weeks to process a claim and I must wait.<br> How can Bankmed expect members to pay huge amounts on medical costs and then they dont process the claim?<br> Disgusting <br> <br> <br>
