Still waiting

I did an Urgent withdrawal on my medical aid during this week after a long hustle with bankmed, I received an email confirming the withdrawal but I am still waiting. Why do we promise and and not deliver, I mean What is the meaning of urgently???? I wanted to join discovery health after this and add my family.... but now I’m no longer going to do that, your sense of urgency is not urgent.
