still being harassed
I logged a complaint in January 2021 and I received a phone call from bankmed complaints to say that the billing was sort out with medicross. I am still getting harassed. I need bankmed to contact medicross and send them the payment they made. my account details are ***. please contact them and rectify this. they keep telling me I owe them R275+-

04 Oct 2021, 10:41Due to the above my visit to doctor koen was listed under out of network docs which is not okay. when I caught the coronavirus my husband and I went to a doctor in hazyview and now you wont pay the out of network doc because of this issue with doc koen. I want this sorted out urgently and payment to be done to the doc. list to this call ref. ***. your outdated information has caused me allot of stress.
