Stick to your word

Have lodged a complaint with the underwriting department 5 days ago. Was told they will get back to me in 4-8 hours. I am waiting to date, calling in everyday but for some reason everyone keeps on telling me thye will call me and back and never do. If you dont take our helath queries serious, how will this cover even take sesiously. It is really annoying to be told one thing and receive the other.
