STAY AWAY FROM DISCOVERY HEALTH!!!
Discovery Health is a complete *****.NB:KEEP AWAY. THEY WILL GIVE YOU PALPITATIONS AND STILL WONT PAY FOR YOUR HOSPITALISATION.
I have always read stories about how medical aids are a ***** until I found myself with a partner that was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis.discovery(Bankmed) will not pay for anything.Including paying for specialists visits.Blood tests are not paid for and what’s even worse is that we were advised that they will be able to pay for chronic medication and guess what, for every single form of chronic medication she must collect from the chemist they only cover R29.00 when medication costs over R900.00 odd every single month. What is it that they take our money for every month!!!? I will make sure that with my centre of influence,I let every single person I know to stay away from Discovery medical aid and from work…I will ensure that every colleague knows about what I and the rest of all chronic illness patients go through every single time. The call centre is no exception.they’re like robots.they have a answer to every question you ask, like they’re so properly programmed.I feel sorry for them. SIES!!!!!!!!
