So far behind

I call bankmed to ask if the new children vaccine is covered by bankmed. To no suprise it is not covered under vaccine but from saving, when i asked why the reply is it still needs to be investigated. The doctors and nurses are telling parents to give this to their kids but bankmed has not decided to added to their program. On the call centre note they are not able to help the clients with this information and you just land up irritated with them.
