Sick of empty promised made to me. no trust left.

Same as my previous complaint, which is STILL not done. Your feedback to clients suck, NOBODY gets back to you, they promise but never happens. had the procedure done 11.08.2022, still to date no payment made, always the same story and questions. and no promise of service delivery. Feedback was promised by team leader 23.09.2022, not even an attempt was made to call me. again today 03.10.2022 I CALLED, again said they will call me, with the feedback. they need to pay the bill as per promise on the voice recording on the 10th August. Not even the people that answered my first Hello peter called me.. EMPTY PROMISE. If i could rate a 0 i would have.
