Shocking service and adminstration
The new administrator for Bankmed is shocking. Vaccinations are getting deducted from the over the counter limit which is not correct. I have tried to explain this in email queries and get no response, telephonic queries and the consultant does not understand or have sufficient knowledge of their own systems. I have asked for a manager to contact me and still waiting after 10 days. Absolutely pathetic!
