They urgently required my medical aid statements for 2011, 2012 and 2013. E mail sent to Jacob Muller on Feb 8 at 11.32 reads..URGENT REQUIRED! \ I requested from Carla Ref *** statements for years 2011, 2012 and 2013 for a retrenchment claim. Also, I requested that it must bear the Liberty Life Ref No *** for V CHETTY as well. Please send DIRECTLY to [Email Removed] and cc me. Thank you for your assistance.\" WHEN I DID NOTRECEIVE IT, I CALLED THE SAME DAY, held on for about an hour for Carla who said that she couldn't help me, I must contact another division, upon my insistance, she transferred me..held on for another 30 minutes or so in vain...I called numerous times thereafter and waited frustratingly to a voice recorded message! Statements were emailed to ME for THE YEAR 2015 AND 2016 THAT WHICH I DID NOT NEED!!! WHAT IS SO DIFFICULT FOR CONSULTANTS TO FOLLOW SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS? NOW I REALISE WHY SO MANY COLLEAGUES, FAMILY AND FRIENDS ARE LOOKING AROUND FOR OTHER MEDICAL AID COVER!!! PLEASE EMAIL LIBERTY ASAP TKS"
