Sesethu is BOSS
Her name is Sesethu!
Saying that the lady (I think she is in claims/service department if I recall) was phenomenal is a clear understatement. She gave me more then I had anticipated or expected. She gave me hope...Having to deal with recovering, she showed compassion and humility with utmost class not to mention the service. I do hope you guys do what you can to mold her into achieving her dreams because she is an asset that needs to flourish!
