Service still Awful!

It has been more than a week since my Hello Peter review regading the awful service at Bakmed and guess what has changed? Nothing... absolutely nothing. The only resposne I've received was a comment on Hello Peter giving a statement of apology for the bad service and then the bad service continues. I'm really not suer what else i can do to get this sorted.
