Serve people not profits

After 21 years with my organisation that I'm completely passionate about and paying religiously my medical aid for 21 years, I'm now been told because I was not booked into a hospital my emergency hospital bill and neurologist bill of R2175 is NOT being paid. I'm disgusted by the response from bankmed, that I should have planned my medical aid options better. Well Bankmed I did not plan to get Carpal tunnel syndrome!!! I've regrettably decided to move to my husband's medical aid
