****s with terrible customer service

Terrible service from bankmed my baby was admitted in hospital they refusing to pay for treatment she got there worse part is you don't know which treatments they pay for until you're admitted and that was an emergency how was I supposed to refuse treatment given to my child bankmed is useless I've been given false hope that they will resolve this hut they are so quiet weeks have passed now already. To top it all I called today to find out the consultant who I spoke with listened and said she was gonna find out more about this put me on hold for over 10 minutes only for her to drop the call what type of service is this I will drag them until Jesus comes down
