Savings Payout

After 14 years with the medical aid supplier only to come find out that they did not have my correct account details.. WOW!!!<br> I enquired about the payment and provided them with the correct account details on the 2 November 2015. I was then informed that payment would be received on the 11 November 2015. Today when I enquired again about the payment as I did not receive payment as yet, I was informed that payment would only be received now on the 18 November 2015. The consultant insisted that he advised of this of which I totally disagreed with. Requested the audio recording for the 02/11/21015 and again was promised to have it in my possession by the end of business today which was at 16H00. What does Bankmed think of their clients?
