REFUSING TO CHANGE MY PLAN

I missed the deadline to change my medical aid plan as I was on holiday, which I understand. But I need my plan to be changed as my daughter needs to attend treatment at an orthodontist and its pointless for me to pay cash when I can change my plan to traditional instead of paying cash...They refused point blank to assist me in change my plan without even considering my reasons.
