Refuse benefits

A patient with end stage Parkinson's disease and Pneumonia, both PMB conditions, must be transported from the Step-down facility to her home for end of life care. She is on 24hr oxygen and for for the last 2 days unresponsive.

Apparently Bankmed refuses to pay for ambulance transport. For a patient you are unable to transport by car the family must pay for ambulatory transport.

Well done Bankmed!!!! Once again you show your true colours.
