Refund wanted

In January2016 I sent documents to bankmed to add my partner and child as depend ants on my membership no: ***. That included a membership certicifate indicating that they are active on CAMAF and will be resigned 29/02/2016. On 06/02/2016 received a certificate showing they are active on bankmed from 01/01/2016 I called immediately to get them to change that as that is not what I asked for. On 10/02/2016 I received a certificate showing that they'll be active from 01/03/2016. On my February salary bankmed deducted R1287 and R2403. Which was way over my contribution of R1116. I queried it and was told it will be credited to the following month contribution. Come March salary deduction of R2403 was made. I called and asked for a refund since the crediting wasn't done. From 17March I have spoken to Adrian, Khaya, Nomonde and Derick, all of them jus promise to action n give feedback but end up not resolving the query or coming back to me. Nomonde called on 01April to check if Derick has contacted me n I confirmed not, she said he will do before 5pm same day. But no one called and I want my money.
