Refund/ Change of banking details

I'm a very disappointed with the service provided by bankmed. I've been sending change of banking details since last week and I've been asked again and again to resend one thing after the other when all documents requested are sent through. The last 2 emails sent I received reference numbers but haven't heard any response..my reference numbers: *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** These are all for a refund due to a New bank account with bank statement supp****..
