Refund and bad customer service

I need a refund for treatment that was done as i have paid cash . The claims were submitted only few were paid now was resubmitted and declined . I spoke to Hadiyo Tshabalala and she requested that i shouldn't submit the complain as she submitted the claim to the relevant people .
