Refund

I am waiting a refund which should have been processed to my account, sent an email advised on turnaround time of 2-3 working days, I waited those days and even gave an extra day to be sure.

Then I sent a follow up email, I was then told they did an EFT to my account, which was only done after I sent an email following up, now they apologize and they say it will take 3-5 working days, not sure what eft takes that long but the service I received is appalling, the fact that I have to be the one following up for them to get some work done is a nightmare.
