Refund

I sent a refund request over a month ago, they then requested for codes which I got from my doctor, they then rejected it saying they still need codes. My doctor advised that the statement was indeed correct, I resent the same statement then they wanted proof of payment, I sent it and they ignored it, I had to follow up then I was told the dates are not clear but it's as clear as daylight, I responded and over 2 weeks still no response, I even requested a complaint email and was ignored, I want my r 3000 cash I paid cash and the r 600 sonars I paid cash for, The service is always bad, I want this done today cause I had a lot of time to do it
