re-imbur*****t taking long to pay out

I called carecross when my baby had to get her 14wks vaccines. Went to dischem told them what carecross told me how to capture and dischem couldn't capture it, dischem tried calling carecross but they were closed,this resulted in us having to pay cash. If carecross was open we never wouldve paid cash,none the less, sent all the required documents thru for re-imbur*****t now they say its going to take 30days. This is unacceptable! We ended up using our groceries money for the vaccines. I've sent follow up emails to carecross explaining our dilema but falls on deaf ears. I need the reimbur*****t done by no later than the 8th January 2016. All docs were sent on the 30th December 2015 already.
