Rare, great service from Serena

I contacted Bankmed on Monday regarding an incorrect date on my waiting period. Eventually, after much frustration and irritation. I was assisted by Serena, she went out of her way to get my query resolved, despite how rude I was due to my epic frustration with dealing with Bankmed. She even took the time to call me back, even though I wasn't able to answer my phone

Thank you Serena, if Bankmed has employees like yourself, the service wouldn't be the utter ****hole that is currently is.
