My wife requires replacement of an orthodontic device & received an estimate from the dental specialists for the full costs of the device & related treatment/s. I submitted this estimate to Bankmed yesterday evening via email, requesting confirmation of the amount/s that would be covered by PMB's and Insured Benefits and what portion would be for my account, either from my MSA or payment by me to the dental practitioners. A short while ago, so well within 24 hours, I received an email and detailed schedule setting out, item by item ,exactly how much and from what source the practitioners would be paid and how much would be for my account, either from my MSA or direct payment. There is absolute clarity as to what and how this essential treatment will be covered and paid for, so the procedures can now proceed with no surprises. This is speedy, efficient service at it's best!
