problem still not resolved

Good day<br> <br> I was contacted by a woman named Annelize from bankmed on 8 January 2016, who told me that bankmed will waive the 20% co payment required at Mediclinic to deliver my baby. She further told me that the authorization has been updated on their system and that the hospital would be able to see that the 20% co payment has been waived. <br> <br> However today i contacted the hospital giving them the authorization number for the delivery and they still required the 20% co payment. The said they cant see anything on their system where bankmed has waived the 20% co payment. <br> <br> They requested something in writing where bankmed waives the 20% co payment. Please put this in writing and email it to me at [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] so we can resolve this matter once and for all. <br> <br> I would really appreciate your help and assistance.<br> <br> Kind regards<br> Michelle
