probably the worst medical aid in SA :(

this is probably the worst medical aid company in the whole of SA.<br> <br> a simple request: <br> i sent an application to add members to my med. aid on 28 Sep 2015 and turnaround time passes and no response. when 'i call them' they tell me its still not done. when they finally resolve my request, they select an incorrect start date. if its not that, trust their consultants to give you conflicting information. the service at bankmed is appaulling.
