Prescribed Minimum Benefit Not Covered.
Really disappointed in Bankmed.
They do not cover a Prescribed Minimum Benefit. They keep rejecting my claims for Hypertensive (High Blood Pressure) Treatment at a GP. They do not pay for the pills even though the generic is not available.
The claims assessor rejects the claims multiple times and they do not give any feedback as to why it was rejected. Is that not bad customer service. I had to phone in twice to get feedback.
Should a PMB not be automatically covered? Is that not what the law states? Or the Council for Medical Schemes?
