Pregnant lady who needs help

I spoke to such a lovely lady from Bankmed who tried by all means to assist with upgrading my plan. I found out I was pregnant late December and it’s a high risk pregnancy… If I knew that before the close day to change the plan I would have changed my plan. I can’t believe that they can upgrade my plan even after the cut off time. I pleaded with them that my pregnancy is high risk I need to be able to go to a gynaecologist …I can’t believe after 2 years of using Bankmed and not asking anything from them they can’t make an exception for a pregnant woman
