Poor service, they don't authorize anything

The most ridiculous pathetic medical aid ive been on in my entire life. Poor service overall. They cant even authorize a mere physio therapy without getting your DNA and history! Fed up with all the back and forth. I would probably die on the operating bed while everyone is trying to get an authorization out of bank med. Wouldn't recommend it at all😡😡😡😡
