Poor service delivery

I app**** for OHPMB stockings last year November, Bankmed asked for a QUOTATION from the supplier I submitted it and they approved my request. To my surprise until today i am still waiting for the stocking because Bankmed did not pay the supplier. Every time i phone them i get the same response of pending for approval and i am must wait for 7 to 14 working days, from last year how many 7 to 14 working i must wait? Somebody is not doing his or her job on their side seriously!
