poor service

I just called banked to find out if I can have my glasses replaced as I was ****** and I already have had my glasses for two years... but I was told that the benefit is only available in May and I am really shocked cause I need them as I cannot function without them ... So they are really not helpful and it sucks that I cant even change it ,,, so basically Im paying it for nothing.....
